Westminster Q160: What is required of those that hear the Word preached?

(Pro 8:34) "Blessed is the man who listens to me, Watching daily at my gates, Waiting at my doorposts.
(1Pe 2:1-2) Therefore, putting aside all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander, like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation,

(Luk 8:18) "So take care how you listen; for whoever has, to him more shall be given; and whoever does not have, even what he thinks he has shall be taken away from him."
(Psa 119:18) Open my eyes, that I may behold Wonderful things from Your law.
