A125: Superiors are styled father and mother, both

to teach them in all duties toward their inferiors, like natural parents, to express love and tenderness to them, according to their several relations;[655]
and to work inferiors to a greater willingness and cheerfulness in performing their duties to their superiors, as to their parents.[656]

(Eph 6:4) Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.

(2Co 12:14) Here for this third time I am ready to come to you, and I will not be a burden to you; for I do not seek what is yours, but you; for children are not responsible to save up for their parents, but parents for their children.
