Westminster Q124: Who are meant by father and mother in the fifth commandment?

(Pro 23:22,25) Listen to your father who begot you, and do not despise your mother when she is old. . . Let your father and your mother be glad, and let her rejoice who gave birth to you.

(Eph 6:1-2) Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. HONOR YOUR FATHER AND MOTHER (which is the first commandment with a promise),
(1Ti 5:1-2) Do not sharply rebuke an older man, but rather appeal to him as a father, to the younger men as brothers, the older women as mothers, and the younger women as sisters, in all purity.
(Gen 4:20-22) Adah gave birth to Jabal; he was the father of those who dwell in tents and have livestock. His brother's name was Jubal; he was the father of all those who play the lyre and pipe.
