Westminster Q16: How did God create angels?

(Col 1:16) For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities--all things have been created through Him and for Him.
(Psa 104:4) He makes the winds His messengers, Flaming fire His ministers.
(Mat 22:30) "For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven.
(Mat 25:31) "But when the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then He will sit on His glorious throne.
(2Sa 14:19) So the king said, "Is the hand of Joab with you in all this?" And the woman replied, "As your soul lives, my lord the king, no one can turn to the right or to the left from anything that my lord the king has spoken. Indeed, it was your servant Joab who commanded me, and it was he who put all these words in the mouth of your maidservant;
